Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following policy outlines the terms applicable to payments made for the VentureReady School Program.

By proceeding with a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation Policy

Once a payment has been successfully completed through our payment gateway, cancellations are not permitted unless otherwise expressly stated by the Company in writing.

All confirmed enrolments are considered final and non-cancellable.

This applies to the VentureReady School Program and its associated services, including but not limited to assessments, mentoring sessions, workshops, learning sessions, projects, and other program components.

2. No Refund Policy

We follow a no-refund policy once payment has been successfully processed.

No full or partial refund will be issued for reasons including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Change in personal circumstances

• Scheduling conflicts

• Inability to attend a session

• Failure to participate in scheduled activities

• Delay in using the services

• Non-completion or non-usage of any program component

• Withdrawal from the program after enrolment

We encourage parents and students to review the program structure, requirements, schedule, and fee details carefully before making a payment.

Our team is available to clarify any questions before a transaction is completed.

3. Exceptional Situations

In rare and exceptional circumstances, such as a verified duplicate payment or an error in payment processing, we may review a refund request at our sole discretion.

Any such request must be raised in writing to connect@venturereadyschool.com within 3 days of the transaction date.

The decision of the Company regarding such requests will be final.

4. Rescheduling

Where a scheduled session or program activity is missed due to circumstances beyond the participant’s reasonable control, the Company may, at its discretion, offer an alternative date or arrangement.

Any such accommodation will be subject to availability and does not constitute a refund or cancellation.
