Shipping and Exchange Policy

The VentureReady School Program is a service-based educational program that may include both online and in-person experiences. No physical products are shipped as part of the program.

1. Delivery of Program Services

The VentureReady School Program may include:

• Digital assessments and reports

• Online learning sessions

• In-person learning sessions or workshops

• One-to-one mentoring or guidance sessions

• Virtual or in-person interactions with founders, mentors, and professionals

• Digital learning resources and materials

• Project and entrepreneurship activities

• Online or in-person presentations and pitch sessions

• Email or WhatsApp communication regarding program activities, resources, and instructions

The format, schedule, location, and delivery of specific program components may vary depending on the program structure and will be communicated by our team after confirmation of enrolment.

You will receive the required information through email, WhatsApp, or other designated communication channels.

2. No Physical Product Shipping

We do not sell or ship physical products as part of the VentureReady School Program.

Where a program activity takes place in person, the relevant location and details will be communicated to participants in advance.

3. No Exchange or Replacement

As the VentureReady School Program consists of educational services, experiences, and scheduled activities, purchased services cannot be exchanged, transferred, or replaced.

This includes, where applicable:

• Program enrolment

• Digital assessment access

• Scheduled sessions

• Digital learning resources

• Mentoring or coaching sessions

• Workshops and other program activities

Participation or access may not be transferred to another student without prior written approval from the Company.

4. Access and Participation Issues

If you experience any issue accessing a digital resource, joining a scheduled session, attending a program activity, or receiving any other program component, please contact us at connect@venturereadyschool.com.

Our team will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate alternative where possible.
