Strengths Discovery & Career Planning

(Led by Strengths Masters)

Month 2 – 6

Entrepreneurship & Ecosystem Exposure

(In partnership with TiE Delhi-NCR)

Virtual Internships

  • Curated virtual internships with TiE founders’ organisations
  • Focus on exposure, learning, and application (not employment)
  • Defined scope, duration, and learning outcomes

Online Learning (2 Sessions Per Month)

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and thinking
  • Problem-solving and opportunity identification
  • Leadership, communication, and decision-making
  • Real-life founder journeys and learnings

Founder Engagement

  • 3 structured interactions with established founders
  • School visits or virtual sessions
  • Q&A and mentoring-style discussions

This ensures real-world exposure beyond theoretical learning.

Volunteering Opportunities

Students may volunteer at TiE Delhi NCR events, gaining exposure to:

  • Professional environments
  • Event execution
  • Networking and ecosystem culture

Learning Outcomes

By the end of 6 months, students will:
